Kawai gains rich experiences in the following heating element fields, which require very high safety standard and performance stability during massive production.
(1) storage water heater heating elements
Consumers get an electric shock easily if the heater elements are not manufactured in a proper way. Kawai covers 80% of China famous water heater brands and none of Kawai heaters cause that problem for 18 years since Kawai's birth.
(2) wahing machine & tumble drier heating device
More and more huge productivity of tumbling washing machines & tumble driers (or called clothes drying machine) are set up especially in China, Europe and the USA, Russia, Turkey.
(3) heaters for flowing water
SPA & pool parts, sauna & hot tub parts, showers (UK or Germany), instant water heater (USA), instant hot water faucet, dishwashers etc.
(4) European advanced coffee machine or vending machine heating device
Heater structure like WIK or Nestle coffee type: Aluminum heating block incorporated with heater and coil water flowing tubes. Pressure boiler structure is also largely used in vending machines.
(5) Aluminum Auto parts casting & finishing and assembly

(6) open coil & air heating device for commercial usage
open coil heater or air heater or duct heater or commercial air conditioner or air curtains etc.
(7) cartridge heater
Many applications. Double layer cartridge heaters are welcome.
